TANA NY team conducted Yoga & Meditation workshop on Sunday, March 1st to practice traditional Yoga techniques. Renowned Yoga guru Sanjay Attada demonstrated how Yoga and Meditation can help to reduce stress and cure illnesses. TANA President Jayasekhar Talluri welcomed the participants and spoke about importance of Yoga and Meditation in daily life. He also mentioned that yoga improves balance, flexibility and strength while meditation helps keeps the mind sharp, relieves the stress to stay positive.
