NATS Chicago team successfully conducted a Midwestern NATS Women’s Throwball Tournament on September 18th in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The tournament attracted teams from multiple states including Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri and Illinois making it a grand Midwestern Tournament. The day was filled with vibrant energy and competitive friendly games. The event brought together various friends and families with over 150 attendees.
The Throwball event was spearheaded by Bindu Veedulamudi, NATS Chicago Cultural coordinator. Local NATS leaders Madan Pamulapati, Murthy Koppaka, Vijay Venigalla, Ravi Srikakulam, Krishna Nimmagadda, Lakshmi Bojja, Venu Krishnardula, Dr Prasudha Nunna, Hareesh Jammula, and Karthik Modukuri co-ordinated the game, logistics, venue, food and scheduling.
Silpa Yerra, Pooja Sawant, Roja Seelamsetti, Bindu Balineni, Pradeepa, Priyanka Gupta, Sandhya Ambati, Sumathi Neppali, Rama Koppaka, Ravi Kiran Ala, Siva Desu Rajesh Veedulamudi, RK Balineni, Pandu Chengalsetti, Yajnesh, Kiran Ambati, Tushar Sawant and others helped for this tournament.
ASC Tigresses from Wisconsin won while Hurricanes from Illinois stood at runners.
