GWTCS will be conducting elections for the Executive committee for the years of 2023 – 2024. Nominations are invited for the following open positions:

Joint Secretary (Organization)

Board of Director – 1
Board of Director – 2
Board of Director – 3

Important Dates:
Nominations Accepted from: Sunday, October 16, 2022
Last Date to submit Nominations: Saturday, October 22, 2022
Declare eligible nominations by Election Commission: Tuesday, October 25, 2022
Last Date to withdraw: Thursday, October 27, 2022
Elections date: TBD
Venue of Elections: TBD
Nomination procedures:
Eligibility: All members of good standing as of the May 14, 2022 are eligible to nominate and be nominated. A list of eligible members will be made available to the Election Committee and will be published on the GWTCS website.
All nominations are accepted by email. Each candidate should be proposed and seconded by eligible members of GWTCS and accepted by the candidate. The nomination form provided by GWTCS on the Web site should be filled and send to the Election Committee. Emailing instructions will be given in the nomination form.
